			This was our first ring shopping experience and so we were anxious and not sure what to expect. But after reaching out to Phi and meeting him at the showroom, all of it went away! Phi and Alfred made sure all our questions were answered and helped us find the perfect ring and budget. Manami helped follow up once the ring was ready to ship. Thank you all for your help! 		My boyfriend and I were doing long distance relationship while he was living in Japan. When I finally went to visit him, it was Sakura season and I remember when we went to the park for Hanami. It was such a special and memorable time for us that we wanted to be reminded of it forever and so after researching, we knew we wanted a ring from Mokumeganeya for their tribute to the Sakura and the quality and uniqueness of their rings.

			I was worried about if the ordering process would be difficult considering I was ordering from over seas and in English. Additionally, I thought it may be difficult to order without my girlfriend finding out considering we both live and work together. 				I only know a little bit Japanese so I was worried about the communication at first.

			

				Knowing that there are oversea websites (us and Taiwan) available, also good reviews and comments can be found on the websites.

			

				I asked for a quotation. We were served by Miss Mutsumi.

			

				She was very kind, professional and helpful.

			

				We communicated in English. There was no problem at all.

			

				Also I was worried if the design suits my hand because we did not have a chance to try on before ordering.

			

				But Mutsumi introduced and explained all the design details to us in the video conference.

			

				That made me feel so confident in my design before ordering.

			

				Now I received the rings. I feel like my rings are the best rings!
