I was a bit concerned at first side ordering such an item online, but all concerns disappeared very quickly once I had my first videochat (2,5 hours!) with the very friendly Shay. They have a perfect service and let you feel safe and well informed at all stages of ordering, manufacturing and purchasing.

A little, only based on the potential difference between photo and real life. But the quality was clear and evident. The staff — Shay, Mutsumi-san, Hirotani-san, and Nagasawa-san — were all very patient with our curiosity and customizing our once-in-a-lifetime rings!

The personal appearance and handmade quality. The various styles also take inspiration from beautiful sources like nature and Japanese culture & craftsmanship. Being a couple of materials engineers, our first date touched on that subject, and the Mokumeganeya rings uniquely commemorate that, and more, for us.
