We were only a little worried about the price.
 

 

Q2. What was the main reason for ordering your rings from MOKUMEGANEYA?

A friend showed us the Sakura diamond on the website. It was very beautiful and unique. Once we were married, we decided that we would request a catalogue. We both love Japan and its culture.
Since the rings were very unique, we decided that we really wanted them to celebrate our marriage and to have something special to keep Japan in our memories and our hearts.

Only a little bit as with all expensive purchases online, it is hard to be sure you have made the right choice, and even more so for something as important as an engagement ring. However, the customer service I was shown was FUNTASTIC, and alleviated my concerns quickly.

- Incredible unique designs and very distinctive style presented through the Instagram page.
- Top tier customer service, making the customization process very easy.

Doing research online is how I came across Mokumeganeya. I could tell from their website that the rings they made were amazing, but I was nervous to reach out and try and start the process to buy a ring as this was my first time doing this. But I immediately felt at ease during my Zoom meeting with Mutsumi Kitayama. She was extremely kind and helpful to me and together we went step by step to pick out the perfect engagement ring. I would highly recommend anyone looking for rings to reach out to Mokumeganeya. I could not be any happier with both their service and their product.
 
Q2. What was the main reason for ordering your rings from MOKUMEGANEYA?
I wanted something both beautiful and unique for our engagement and wedding rings. I currently live in Okinawa Japan and my fiance and I both love the Japanese culture. Mokumeganeya was the perfect fit for us and are both so excited to have our unique rings that we can show off to everyone. We ordered all three rings from you and cannot be more than happy with our decision. The entire team patiently answered our questions and was very accommodating of our requests.
