We wanted wedding bands with a special Japanese bond and history. This special meaning will always remind us of our time in Japan (we were research student for one year in Tokyo).

After performing research to find the style of ring that I liked I found the Sakura diamond and decided that is the stone I wanted to be the centerpiece of the ring so I continue to research Mokumeganeya and the customer service was wonderful to answer all of my questions so I decided to work with them.

As an individual with a Japanese heritage background, the concept of Mokumeganeya’s ring using Japanese traditional craftmanship was really appealing to me. When my wife showed me the website, we instantly knew that we will be ordering from Mokumeganeya.
