I was worried about if the pattern doesn’t look good with the ring when I was overseas. But as soon as I saw mokumegane ring in person, I’m happy with it.

There was also a lot of uncertainty between what was allowed because we will be in Japan vs if we were to buy the rings and get it shipped overseas, it was slowly solved, but could have been easier. There was a not a lot of confidence in understanding what we wanted.

Q2. What was the main reason for ordering your rings from MOKUMEGANEYA?

The method of making and ring sharing ceremony was special for us, as it adds more depth and meaning in our wedding day

We were lucky enough to receive the assistance of Phi and Mutsumi who worked very hard for many, many months to provide us with the answers to a great deal of very specific questions. While looking through the expertly crafted jewelry it became obvious that not only are the pieces unique, but the skill and attention that goes into each piece is unmatched by anything we have seen before. Not at all! It was our first time visiting the store and Mutsumi made the process all very inviting and comfortable.

Yes as I was unsure if ordering a ring online was safe and trustworthy. But the whole experience was wonderful and Shiho and Mutsumi guided us through all our questions and issues.
