We were afraid of the final outcome bacause the entire purchase process

was via online communication. We were not able to view the sample products

physiclly and could only gauge besed on the images online and

through the video call. Fortunately, Mutsumi-san was able to communicate

with us well and answer all our questions! It was a unique and experience

crafting our rings!

It was the unique in-house sakura diamond techniques and the types of metal used that

attracted us.There were also various finishing options and many

customisable designs that we can choose from, so that we can have a one &

only unique ring!:)

Yes, I had some anxiety as the purchase was done overseas. Nevertheless, the anxiety quickly subsided as the staff ensured that all questions and worries are addressed promptly. The staff also went out of their way to ensure that I could collect the ring at last minute notice when I was in Japan.

These worries were quickly addressed the moment we asked for a quotation. Shay was assigned to us for the designing of the rings. His explanations were clear and even recommended certain designs after listening to our preferences. The designing process turned out to be really fun and exciting. Mutsumi was our point of contact the entire time. She ensured that we had no issues with the sizing and was quick to address every single concern that we had about the rings.
