We were super excited about collecting our rings in person, because we had to clear many obstacles to travel from Singapore to Japan! We did wonder if  our rings would turn out as beautiful as they look in the catalog, but all the anxiety was laid to rest the moment we saw the photos of our new rings!

NO, I had no anxiety about ordering from Mokumeganeya. I had fallen in love with the design immediately and
the sales representative was friendly and thorough with the process which made me feel very confident in ordering with them.

Ql. Did you have any anxiety about MOKUMEGANEYA's rings before you chose our rings?
Doing research online is how I came across Mokumeganeya. I could tell from their website that the rings they made were amazing, but I was nervous to reach out and try and start the process to buy a ring as this was my first time doing this. But I immediately felt at ease during my Zoom meeting with Mutsumi Kitayama. She was extremely kind and helpful to me and together we went step by step to pick out the perfect engagement ring. I would highly recommend anyone looking for rings to reach out to Mokumeganeya. I could not be any happier with both their service and their product.
 
Q2. What was the main reason for ordering your rings from MOKUMEGANEYA?
I wanted something both beautiful and unique for our engagement and wedding rings. I currently live in Okinawa Japan and my fiance and I both love the Japanese culture. Mokumeganeya was the perfect fit for us and are both so excited to have our unique rings that we can show off to everyone. My husband and I would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Mokumeganeya Team for making our ring selection, ordering, and shipping process so smooth. We ordered all three rings from you and cannot be more than happy with our decision. The entire team patiently answered our questions and was very accommodating of our requests. The rings fit comfortably and look very nice, especially since they are matching. Please see attached for a photo of us wearing the rings at our recent civil ceremony.

have a lot of questions. Don and Mutsumi did a fantastic job handholding us
throughout the entire process, and we are very appreciative of their time and
assistance.

We were initially captivated by Mokumeganeya’s unique ring designs. After our
consultation call with Don, we were so impressed with his knowledge and
attentiveness that we knew we wanted to order our rings from Mokumeganeya.
