I am so confident on their design that I do not know what to do it I failed my proposal

I cannot find such beautiful design anywhere. I even look at big brands like Tiffany&Co., They look dull, and totally not worth the price.

Not really, I read up on the testimonials and also had absolute faith that the quality and workmanship of the rings would be of an excellent outcome.

I was worried about if the pattern doesn’t look good with the ring when I was overseas. But as soon as I saw mokumegane ring in person, I’m happy with it.

There was also a lot of uncertainty between what was allowed because we will be in Japan vs if we were to buy the rings and get it shipped overseas, it was slowly solved, but could have been easier. There was a not a lot of confidence in understanding what we wanted.

Q2. What was the main reason for ordering your rings from MOKUMEGANEYA?

The method of making and ring sharing ceremony was special for us, as it adds more depth and meaning in our wedding day

Just about sizing because we couldn’t try before ordering. A free mail sizing guide would have been nice after the deposit.

Yes as I was unsure if ordering a ring online was safe and trustworthy. But the whole experience was wonderful and Shiho and Mutsumi guided us through all our questions and issues.

We fell in love with Japan when we first travelled there. We found the ring design very unique with the wood grain finish and sakura diamond. After looking online, we walked into a store and decided the rings were suitable for us.
