Ql. Did you have any anxiety about MOKUMEGANEYA's rings before you chose our rings?
We were afraid of the final outcome bacause the entire purchase process
was via online communication. We were not able to view the sample products
physiclly and could only gauge besed on the images online and
through the video call. Fortunately, Mutsumi-san was able to communicate
with us well and answer all our questions! It was a unique and experience
crafting our rings!
Q2. What was the main reason for ordering your rings from MOKUMEGANEYA?
It was the unique in-house sakura diamond techniques and the types of metal used that
attracted us.There were also various finishing options and many
customisable designs that we can choose from, so that we can have a one &
only unique ring!:)
