For international purchases, we accept major credit cards through Pay Pal system.
You are required to pay us 50% of your total payment as a deposit and an order confirmation.
And we need to receive the rest payment before the shipping.


We usually have a turnaround time of 7-8 weeks to complete your order after the date of receiving deposit.
We will inform you the delivery date when you place the order.


Your jewelry order will be packaged in our original box, and will ship via FedEx or postal service.

We make every effort to satisfy you with your purchase.
We make a record of your mokume wedding ring(s), and we preciously keep them for a lifetime. So that whenever you feel like to maintain your ring(s), we are able to correspond in proper way for your ring(s). Therefore, you can be reassure to wear your ring for a lifetime.
For your ring cleaning or loosen stone will be done with no charges.
For sizing or anything that occur making processes, there will be charges accordingly. Please contact us for more details.
We kindly ask you to be responsible for the shipment and custom duty and taxes if you have decided to ship your ring(s) to us for the maintenance.


In a case of a mail order, if you decided you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we must be notified within 10 days of the date you receive your product.
Returns may only be accepted with prior authorization from MOKUMEGANEYA.
Because our jewelries are all custom made, there will be a 50% returning fee based on your purchased price, (We refund 50% of the purchase; we do not refund the shipping fee and custom taxes).
You are responsible for returning the piece(s) to us; we recommend your package to be insured. If you do not insure package, you are solely responsible for any loss that occurs.
