GUARANTEE POLICY
We make every effort to satisfy you with your purchase. In the event that you are less than completely satisfied with the materials or workmanship of the ring, MOKUMEGANEYA will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction or your money will be refunded.
If you believe your ring to be defective, you may return it to us for repair or replacement. Please contact us for return authorization. Upon examination of the returned ring, if it is determined to be defective, we will repair or replace it, at our judgment, without charge to you.
Returned rings that have been subject to abuse or adverse chemical environments are not covered under this guarantee.
PAYMENT
In case of international purchasing, we accept major credit cards through PayPal system.
The payment of one-half of the total order is required as a down-payment upon order confirmation.
The balance is due before shipping.
DELIVERY
We typically have a turnaround time of 7 to 8 weeks from the date of deposit.
You will be informed of an exact shipping date at the time you place the order.
SHIPPING
Your jewelry order will be packaged in our original box.
We will ship via Fed-Ex.
Please add $75 for international shipping, handling, and insurance.

RETURN POLICY
Returns only will be accepted with prior authorization from MOKUMEGANEYA. A full refund of all unworn jewelry will be made if returned within 10 days of the date you received it. Because all rings are custom made, there will be a 50% return fee, based on the original purchase price.
