Returned rings that have been subject to abuse or adverse chemical environments are not covered under this guarantee.

The payment of one-half of the total order is required as a down-payment upon order confirmation.
The balance is due before shipping.
We typically have a turnaround time of 7 to 8 weeks from the date of deposit.

Returns only will be accepted with prior authorization from MOKUMEGANEYA. A full refund of all unworn jewelry will be made if returned within 10 days of the date you received it. Because all rings are custom made, there will be a 50% return fee, based on the original purchase price.
